David Carey, Federal Secretary of the CPSU (SPSF Group) launched the new "Work Overload Campaign Kit" at a meeting of the NSW PSA Central Council.
Work Overload on the Rise
Unreasonable work loads have increasingly become an issue for our members, with complaints on the rise. 62% of our Health and Safety representatives rated this issue in the top 3 health and safety issues in their workplace.
The new campaign kit has been developed in co-operation with all state branches of the Union. It contains a guide for activists on how to campaign and negotiate with their employer as well as a number of resources such as a survey, a diary, a case studies and a bodymapping exercise.
Don't Be a Target
