Human Rights Commission targets schools

The Human Rights Commission is conducting a series of one-day Youth Challenge programs for secondary students.

The focus is 'Sexual harassment in schools'. There will be five Youth Challenges held in September - two in Western Australia, two in Queensland and one in South Australia. Further Youth Challenges will be
held in other states in the first term of 2004.

A 12-page unit of work on sexual harassment is included in the upcoming edition of Studies magazine, which will shortly be delivered to every secondary school in Australia.
