Notice under Regulation 126(2) of the lodgement of an application to make alterations to Chapter C of the CPSU Rules
The alterations deal with:
- Possible ambiguity and uncertainty in the operation of some rules
- Modernised provisions in relation to member and officer discipline
- Clarification about election procedures and timing of elections including transitional arrangements to deal with the COVID delayed election cycle.
- An option for branches for team voting
- Typographical, legacy, drafting issues, and plain English
