Batt Joins Service Delivery Advisory Group
The Federal Government has established a Service Delivery Advisory Group (GSDAG) to provide expert guidance, consultation, and recommendations on matters relating to the design and implementation of Government Services. Minister Bill Shorten has invited CPSU/SPSF Federal Secretary Karen Batt to join the independent body of expert specialists tasked with providing advice to the Minister for Government Services and Services Australia.
Led by former NSW digital minister Victor Dominello, GSDAG has been established to “put the customer first” in future upgrades to the federal government digital services platform.
Former Human Rights Commissioner Professor Edward Santow and director of Tech Policy Design Centre at the Australian National University, Professor Johanna Weaver, are among other appointees on the nine-member committee.
