Members are notified that on Friday 20 June 2014 the CPSU(SPSF) made an application to insert a new rule 36 into our Chapter C Rules. This application replaces an earlier application which was made in June 2013 in R2013/153.  The details of the rule change and the steps taken by CPSU to make it are detailed in the Notice of Particulars under Regulation 126(1)(a) of a proposed amendment to the Chapter C Rules of the CPSU to insert a New Rule 36 and the 20 June 2014 Declaration by Karen Batt in support of the application to amend chapter C by the insertion of a new rule 36  If you have any questions concerning this application please contact Mark Perica our Senior Legal Officer.
