• NOTIFICATION OF RULE CHANGE FILED WITH THE FWC TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO QUEENSLAND

Members are notified in accordance with the provisions of s159 and Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009  that on Friday 16 October 2015 the Federal Office filed an application to alter the Chapter A and Chapter C rule  books to remove references to the QPSU and the Queensland Branch from those rule books.  Should members wish to examine these applications they should contact the Senior Legal Officer Mark Perica on mperica@spsf.asn.au
