The alterations deal with clarifying the CPSU Chapter A Rules to ensure coverage of the mobile speed camera operators in NSW, specifically:
Insert Chapter A Rule 2 Part II (D)(w) "Persons employed to operate mobile speed cameras on behalf of Transport for New South Wales or a successor principle agency"
On Monday 6 May 2019 the CPSU filed the necessary paperwork to alter the Chapter A rule book to make amendments to the operation of the National Officers Committee . RULE CHANGE APPLICATION RE NSW ELECTRICITY SECTOR
The Union on 5 September 2012 lodged with Fair Work Australia an application for consent to alter its eligibility rules to continue its eligibility to represent members employed by State Government-owned Electricity Generation Corporations in New South Wales should they be sold or leased to private operators.
